Shipping Policy

Where Your Order Ships From

Athletic Sanctuary works with manufacturing partners located outside of Canada, primarily overseas. This allows us to offer high-quality activewear at fair prices, but it also means your order will travel a greater distance to reach you than a typical local purchase. We believe in being upfront about this, so there are no surprises.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before being handed off to a shipping carrier. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods or sales. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Because our products ship from overseas, delivery takes longer than orders shipped from a local warehouse. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days
Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days (where available)

These are estimates, not guarantees. International shipments can occasionally take longer due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update, as international tracking can take longer to populate than domestic tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since your order may cross international borders, it may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon arrival. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier handling, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking significantly longer than the estimated window above, please reach out to us and we'll look into it for you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 30 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at athleticsanctuary@gmail.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
